Direct Purchase from Mapdiva
We use FastSpring handle direct purchases from Mapdiva. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like your name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. FastSpring uses industry standard encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Purchase from the Mac App Store
We use Apple to handle purchases through the Mac App Store. Unfortunately, Apple restricts us from all customer records. If you experience an issue with your purchase through the Mac App Store, we must direct you to iTunes Store Customer Support.
Installation & Updates
Software from Mapdiva
We use DevMate to seamlessly manage installation and updates to software provided directly from Mapdiva. For purchases made through Mapdiva, DevMate handles the licensing, in direct collaboration with FastSpring. DevMate also handles Crash Reports and issues reported by you manually.
To send us feedback, choose ‘Help > Provide Feedback…’ from the app’s main menu. We do our best to respond to feedback within 24 hours.
From the Mac App Store
If you purchased our apps through the Mac App Store, Apple handles the installation and updates. Unfortunately, Apple restricts our ability to support this process. If you receive an error on the Mac App Store when attempting to download your application, we must direct you to iTunes Store Customer Support.
Please understand that Apple restricts us from providing any response to feedback posted on the Mac App Store. If you have a question, send us feedback directly by choosing ‘Help > Provide Feedback…’ from the app’s main menu. We do our best to respond to feedback within 24 hours.
Our website is secure. We use Google Analytics to gather data about its visitors. To do this, a cookie is set. This data is not used to target one certain individual, only for trend insights.
Email & Newsletters
We periodically send emails to our own registered customers. We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. We’ll sometimes track who opened the emails and who went so far as to click on any of the hyperlinks. We do this to measure the performance of our email campaigns, and to improve our offerings to specific customer segments. From time to time, we send an email newsletter to customers and/or registered users who affirmatively select the “opt-in” by subscribing to our newsletter.
